To Prep and Prime the Perfect Sunless Tan: Pump the foam and apply generously all over clean, dry, tanned skin. Gently massage the foam into skin and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse off in the shower with warm water.
For best results and for stubborn areas, use with a tan remover mitt, buffing in gentle circular motions to remove all traces of tan. Once tan is removed, your skin will be prepped and primed, ready for your next flawless application of tan.

You do need to use it alongside an exfoliating mit (I got the st tropez one) but it does effectively remove tan

I used to be a regular fake tanner and I found scrubbing myself to death was becoming a painful job. I bought this expecting maybe a miracle? It was okay it helped a little but I have found better since. Dont think I will be repurchasing this as its not worth the money in my opinion. Might be good for people who dont use dark tan and want a fresh base but it only helped fade my tan.
