How to care for my products?
For silver items:
- I use toothpaste whitening when silver is tarnished or oxidised Yep!
- Do not use chemical cleaners, including household cleaners, nail polish remover and other similar products.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners and avoid abrasive surfaces.
- I strongly recommend that you remove your ring or pendant if it is engraved with writing, being made of a thin layer of phosphorescent product it may damage and cause the lettering to fall off.

What is your processing time?
Items that are ready to ship will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Processing time for made to order items varies from item to item, but generally the time does not exceed 15 business days from the time you place your order to shipping (but all depends on the quatity of orders I received).

How to charge your item glow in the dark?
In day light your jewelry have an opalescent white color, in the dark they will light up the room. They can be charged under any ambient light, but they will glow more if subjected to direct sunlight for 15 minutes or under a black-light.
A single quick charge will make an intense glow that will slowly diminish over time. Can be recharged as often as necessary to keep them glowing, THE DARKER THE ROOM, THE BRIGHTER IT WILL GLOW after being charged.
