All items are carefully packaged and shipped within 24-72 hours after the Paypal confirmation of payment. Some pieces maybe need more time than 24 hours to be fabricated, I don't have all in stock.

I ship all my jewellery in Certified mail, so I have always a track number of the shippment.

I ship all my marquetry in Certified mail or DHL depending on size.

Shipping in European Union it takes 6-12 days.
International customers outside the European Union: delivery usually takes 8-16 days approximately. Please be patience because sometimes the package can suffer some delay.

Registered Letter. Mail with proof of delivery through recipient's or authorised person's signature. In case your mail is not received by the recipient, a note is left at his/ her address informing he/ she can pick up their mail at a "Correos Post Office".

Shipping costs include postage and packaging.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
*Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
*Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
