On my social media feed I try to post fancy photos that showcase how confident I am about my birthmarks, self acceptance and how I've learned to live with my giant Nevus. But I want to be honest with you and tell you a little bit more about how I actually physically feel and give you some more information about birthmarks. Starting with the hairs, this is a very big and annoying topic for anyone who has many birthmarks and specially a giant one.Sooo my back is actually fluffy I can't do anything about that, and even more annoyingly, the hairs on the birthmarks all over my body are thicker and more dense than around the normal skin. We cant wax or shave them and all I have heard from doctor is that I should cut them.. wait a second..CUT them Now you can imagine me ( for those who are interested I do wax around the birthmark only and that is my own personal risk and I wouldnt ask anyone to follow my example. Also there were lots of different situations when I really hated this "fluffy stuff". For example you might try to prepare your boyfriend that you have something unusual on your back .. but how do you explain that you are like on touch let alone the many awkward questions you get whilst at school or on the beach..Next- The itching is so f***ing bad that it just drives you crazy Sometimes I literally want to scratch my skin off waking up at night because I can't control myself, scratching it which causes the birthmark to swells and forces me to get up and put cold compress on it. Sometimes I really feel like a . Just imagine some business meeting, of course I'm nervous, if I'm nervous it's itching a hundreds time more and my strength of will not to stretch myself uuff..I am an adult I now can control myself but children no, some scratch themselves till they draw blood at night. There is no solution besides growing up and learning how to control yourself. It's a part of our "difference" and we should learn to live with this. The last one for today is Melanoma. Skin cancer. Anyone could develop skin cancer because of one birthmark#photo

If you see my page for the first time , you may ask yourself what's wrong with my skin. It's CMN - which in simple terms means that my body produced a lot of Melanin which caused the large birthmark that I was born with. Today I would like to ask you some questions Do you know what is tolerance Or maybe upbringing And should I add humanity to this list Sometimes I think that people completely forget about this words and their meanings... Did your mama ever teach you not to look at someone for more than 30sec Or that people are all differentThat it is not good to point your finger at a person To refrain from rude words and actions It's not only about my difference and how people react to me, it's about our behaviour on a global scale towards humans that may look different or alternative. But what is "normal" Who invented this term What does it even mean to be normal This obsession with being normal or beautiful has impacted many people with young girls making hundreds of operations in order "to fit in", millions of people hiding and feeling uncomfortable because they are a bit bigger than "normal" ( yet thanks to Kim K, a big butt is quite popular now). Big eyes, small eyes, big nose, cellulite, narrow hips, plump limps, high cheekbones, where does it stop A lot of people suffer from low self esteem and even depression due to these abnormal beauty standards. This affects everyone from kids and teenagers being bullied at school to adults finding themselves unable to fit in to society's standards and measurements. So I'm just asking you, the next time you see someone that might not look "normal" to you, remember tolerance and humanity, put yourself in these peoples shoes and treat them the way you wish yourself to be treated. Teach your kids to be kind and understanding, loving towards individuality and diversity instead of intolerance, racism and inhumanity. #bareyourbirthmark #inmyskinwin #rolemodel #fitbody #beautiful #girl #photo #professional #photographer #bodygoals #unique #followme #inspiration #motivation
